I work 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. It is difficult to get an appoint for evening and weekend.

The therapists was very good and knowledgeable. I would request her for my next visit. Her name was Cinnamon. Not sure about her last name.I have had many sessions over the years from different Spas. She ranks tops for me.

My appt. was made over a month ago in order to see the therapist I wanted. Upon arrival I was surprised to find I was assigned a new therapist. I was not informed ahead of time that this would happen. As it ended up the new therapist did a great job and I will book future appt's . When a member makes an appt with a specific therapist, it is "good practice" to notified member of changes that needed take place. In my many years of having a membership with you I have never had this happen.

It was fine.

At check out I was quoted 3 different prices. The final price was still not correct but I just wanted to get out of there. It totally negated the whole reason for my visit.

I have appointment s and they get canceled due to lack of staff. They have never offered me any extra additional treatment for my income.

Overall, I had a good experience and I will return. I did notice that the massage lasted closer to about 45 mins and I was expecting it to last closer to 60 mins. I had arrived about 10-15 mins early to make sure I received the full time, as I had learned from my previous visit that my time will be cut if I arrive late.

I felt as though there was a level of attention and customer satisfaction that could of been offered. But it was very similar to walking into any salon on the corner. Sign in, get your time and leave. Nothing personable. I also. Was dissatisfied that I paid for 90 minutes but my therapist cut it 15 minutes short, on top of the time it took to change clothes. I more so received a 60 minute massage with 15 minutes prep and 15 minutes of breathing.

Just needed more time on problem area but longer appointment time wasn’t available

No one had masks on... and I was told that employees did not have to be vaccinatted....not a good thing in these times. I'm an RN who has seen too too much.
