The sea salt hot stones weren’t working correctly, the therapist apologized however I wish they’d been hot and they weren’t. They were lukewarm.

I just feel that services provided are not worth the money spent. At any other place I get facials foot and hand massages are included. Plus you always try to upsell and I don't like that. Plus I really don't like your products, but at this point yours is sadly the only place I can get a facial as so many others either haven't reopened or are so short staffed it is too hard to get an appt. I have two more gift cards and that will then be it.

I arrived to my appointment early and was taken back a few minutes late. Once I undressed I waited close to 10min for my masseuse to arrive and she also ended my massage 10min early.

First my appointment was with another therapist. I was not advised that this had been changed. I should have been given the opportunity to choose my replacement. I have always been offered a warm towel to wipe down after my session. This did not happen this time. I did receive a glass of water but I have always been asked a preference of coconut water or plain water. This was not offered. I don’t feel like the time that has been spent on my problem areas in the past was met this time. I have had several therapist. All of which have moved on for different reasons. The staff at reception did assist with my displeasure over my therapist. The worked with me to find a therapist that will work better with my needs.

I felt the visit was rushed. I added the foot "thing" to my massage, thinking it was like reflexology...it was not. I did not know this would take part as my 60 min appt. I thought it was in addition to, otherwise it was a waste of money because I did not get my full massage time. Tori did a great job but I could tell she felt rushed to give me a good massage and do the addition I requested for. There should be allotted time for additions. Technically, I feel like I am paying for the hour, not the service.

Scalp massage was weird and painful, focused on one area and damaged my hair

I had a coupon for an upgrade for the massage. I was not told that the $10.00 coupon was applied to the upgrade that was really $30.00 more so I would not have even used it had I know that or it was explained

The areas that i really asked for where my feet and it seems like the therapist there don't like dealing with feet they do them but not to my satisfaction. I'm used to when I'm on my stomach they rub my feet and then when I flip over they also rub my feet now I only get it when I'm on my back. Every time I schedule my appointment it gets canceled it's aggravating and then when I do get it's a new therapist but I just wish when I said a full massage and then my feet hurt I want my feet done they kind of barely touch them.

Facial was okay, not the greatest I've had. Booking in Asheville has been challenging for massages/and this facial.

Poorly staffed at reception area, difficult for 1 person to address everyone's needs at once. Manager Dee-Dee was absent, her warmth and friendliness which I have known for many years was obviously missing. I don't know if there has been a change of management at this location, but a impotant factor of familiarity is now gone. I have always enjoyed arriving for my appointments. Not so much this time.
