Still looking for someone to give a really good deep tissue massage.

I was very satisfied with my experience and will return. My therapist did a great job with my shoulder. I appreciate the service.

The music was a little too loud for my taste and Marcella told me that she could not adjust the volume down. I have highly sensitive hearing, so my comfort level was not as high as it could have been.

I can’t alway call far in advance. I haven’t had the time to use my membership more often and even so the place is usually fully booked.

Due to my own fault (I got a call right at the start of the hour), the massage started about 5-10 minutes late. The massage was super short as the therapist ended it 15 min before the end of the hour.

My daughter gave me this appointment as a gift. Upon inquiry to the receptionist about using her remaining gift cards she had from the Chapel Hill office she was told there were no appointments within the time frame of her gift card. The office receptionist did not offer any remedy, my daughter had to suggest being placed on a waiting list within the remaining time frame for use of her gift card. She has recently moved to Asheville from Chapel Hill and I found this whole situation to be unnecessarily rigid and constricting.

It was satisfactory. Everyone was adequately nice but didn’t seem to want to go out of their way. It was busy and it felt like they were just trying to move along to the next person. No one asked anything about what I filled out online. I have had other experiences where every little detail down to what scent of essential oil is used. It was just fine.

Experience was fine, the room was a bit cool when body areas were uncovered. Toward the end of my massage there was an area being vacuumed which was annoying.
