Hand and Stone

Website was not completely clear that adding a foot scrub (an additional charge) uses some of the time allotted for the massage. It was nice enough, but I would have rather had that time spent on the massage and I would have saved the money. I thought maybe it was a separate thing that would happen after.

I like the reduced price for my massage. And with that I was able to sign up for continual massages once a month

The muscle pain in my upper right back persists. The therapist did a fine job do not sure my expectations were realistic.

I spent $10 extra for trigger point massage and then $10 more for hot stone massage. I felt my massage was superb in every way. The therapist and experience could not have been better. I do not feel that I made a good choice adding the extra services.

It took some time for us to agree on degree of pressure in the process I had some areas that were massaged painfully and or sore for days after. Otherwise, she was very friendly and accommodating. One of the receptionist was very loud and did not fit the massage ambiance. We had difficulty scheduling the appointments in the first place as my friend and I were trying to schedule at the same time and we live out of town and had to factor in driving time.

I filled out the form but still had to explain aspects of the form to my massage therapist (no feet, aches and pains, etc.). The massage was great and Kimberly was great but she seemed tired. I get it - it was 7 pm! But it made me feel badly for keeping her there (earned her a bigger tip though!). Hand and Stone is an hour away from where I live, and that's not your fault but it does factor into how I feel about the entire experience and why I cancelled my membership.

I like a darker room, and a relaxing aroma like lavender. Other than that, everything else was just fine.

Because I had the aromatherapy added, it took time out of my massage.

Only because the massage was too short but that’s not really your fault. I really appreciated my therapist!!

Appointment started late and ended early. I didn’t get 45 min of massage time. Pressure could have been more.
