This was a weird experience for me as I am usually pretty pleased with how everything goes at HS. I called to schedule and my regular person was not working for that day (as I wanted a massage on my birthday). I asked who had good pressure and the woman said "Marcella" so I asked her to book me with her. When I showed up the therapist said "Hi I'm Kate." I was confused. She did a nice relaxing massage but it was not who I had asked for. Also at the end they tried to charge me $20 for hot stone. I don't remember booking that but they may have asked "do you want your usual with hot stones?" (always mini hot stone) and I may have said yes. ?? Why I was booked for an upcharged service also puzzles me. Thankfully my therapist walked by and clarified that it was only upper body and not to charge $20.

The covid prescreening asked one question about having a vaccine. That was all. It wasn’t really an appropriate prescreening. Pressure of massage therapist was not really a deep tissue massage. I kept saying to increase pressure and I think they really couldn’t give more pressure. That was disappointing as I needed deep work done.

Overall the staff was professional and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

My therapist really was knowledgeable and did a great job. It’s a great value! Everyone was very nice.

Masks on some employees were worn below the nose.

never give highly on anything! always room for improvement for everyone. Was a great experience.

Bathroom was out of hand towels & smelled terrible

Reception area had no ambiance. No music, no water sound, no receptionist when we walked in. When I scheduled the appointment via phone, I was told my husband and I could use 3 packages. When we checked out, I was told we had to use 4 packages. . . due to the new computer system.
