Lighting in massage room could be dimmer

Have no issues with the massage therapists, they are great! My issues are with front. While everyone in the front are friendly, etc. the lack of knowledge about the software is frustrating. Who wants to feel frustrated after a great massage? Please know my issue is with the management. For not only have I heard first hand from said manager, if they don't know, how would their staff know? Examples, more than 2 occasions each: not understanding the details of the special offers, for example this month (Nov 2020) the difference between the buy one get one vs the buy 2 get one. I asked questions and got no answers that made sense. Tried again, and gave up as my "feel good after a massage" was going away. Actually redeeming promotional gift cards, hot mess. Received several different reasons for why i couldn't redeem them. Really?

Everything was good with the massage and staff. I was surprised that temperatures are not being taken on customers as they arrive.

It took too much time to just book an appointment.

Wearing a mask during a massage really makes it less than relaxing and comfortable. I'm just tired of all of this. The massage was very good, but the masks and not seeing anyone smiling takes so much away from the experience.

Overall my experience was good. I put dissatisfied for the ambiance of the reception area because as I was waiting for my therapist(who was amazing) the office door was open and I was able to clearly hear the staff discussing HR things such as payroll and other employees; it did not give a good vibe for relaxation. I understand from a business perspective these things have to be discussed however, I would encourage for future guests satisfaction and employee privacy that the door to be closed so guests cannot overhear the conversation. I am reviewed for my job performance as well so I would not share such a personal matter online however I thought it was pertinent to be addressed so another guest does not have the same experience. Everything else was wonderful and the team was very friendly and I will be returning for more massage sessions in the future.

The therapist was new and inexperienced but that was fine. Very attentive. My only problem is that I could smell onions/garlic through his mask and mine.

I would have liked deeper pressure. I asked for deeper pressure two or three times, but the result was only temporary. The therapist’s skills were good, just not enough pressure.

Only problem I had coronavirus closed hand and stone. Had to wait three weeks for a massage.Don’t like the gift cards if Something Happens can’t get my money back.

I have always been given a facial massage lasting longer than just applying the cream. The first time I have not had my arms, hands applied with lotion while waiting between facial applications. Maybe due to new Covid-19 policy? However, the cost was the same.
