I used to be able to communicate through email about certain times and massage therapists and it helped me be able to book them. All of a sudden they do not even respond anymore. Even when I get the emails saying I haven’t been there in awhile and want to schedule an appointment. I click times I would like and no one would get back to me. For me this is an extra that I don’t need so obviously the easier it is to book, the most likely I will continue to do the service. So it’s upsetting that all of a sudden they just stop communicating. Frustrating actually. The massage therapists are amazing but the ease of booking an appointment isn’t the same anymore.

I was satisfied, but it was more of a special treat because I had a gift card. I generally don't spend that much to pamper myself on a regular basis and prefer cheaper at home options.

I was satisfied with my appointment. In my mind I was hoping for a 50 minute appointment but it was more like 45. I also included a cold stone facial which I thought was an add on but instead cut into the overall body massage time.

Not to anyone's fault, but my regular esthetician is no longer w/ H&S. The woman who worked with me was very nice and knowledgeable, but just not what I was used to. I also had one receptionist at the beginning of my service tell me that they were noting member accounts for BOGO Black Friday deal so we don't have to go in. After my appt I talked with the other receptionist and planned on having my account noted for the deal and she told me it was for members only (which I told her I am) and she said, ok, then it's buy two get one... I was so confused that I just said forget it. Lastly, I combined two monthly packages and assumed that meant my time would be for longer, but my appointment was still only 60 minutes, which then feels like I had services cut out. With all of that said, these are minor hiccups to me, and my services was still an enjoyable experience.
