Hand and Stone

I have gotten a product line already based on the products that were recommended in other services.”not cheap but they work great” Now a whole different brand was suggested. The products offered work get but I would like to stay with the same brand if at all possible. Just don’t like using multiple brands if at all possible

For me to rate the highly satisfied I need to have experienced something more than I have received from other massage experiences. Hand and Stone is a good place to visit but so are many other massage facilities. Give me something that other places haven't given me to be Highly Satisfied.

Depending on the massage therapist, I either get a steamed towel to clean oil off after massage or not. Consistency with this among therapists would greatly improve my experience. I hate feeling oily after the massage. Thanks.

I felt like the therapist was very careless with the sheets when it came time to flip over and massage my arms/neck area. In fact I’m fairly certain that she flashed a glance at my breasts at least three times. I have never had this issue before and been a member a long time. All my previous therapists have been very careful during the back to front flip transition as well as massaging on the front to ensure I was securely covered at all times.

My massage therapist came out 8 minutes after the scheduled time of my massage. the massage went from 7:08-8:00 instead of what it should have been 7:00-8:00, it was a deep tissue massage and i did not feel enough pressure. i requested special attention to my upper back but i felt i should not have done that because the rest of my knots in my mid to lower back were barely touched.

Honestly Harley did an ok job. I should have asked for the person from my last massage because she was amazing. She seemed maybe lost towards the end.

The massage therapist was very nice... young in the field. Sometimes, I felt she was was just going thru the motions, with no purpose. She massaged one hand but not the other, not consistent.

I really enjoyed my massage with Chris. His technique was good and he definitely performed deep tissue work like I requested. The only reason I was not Highly Satisfied is because he could not address all of my top concerns in the single session. That was mainly due to the limited 50 minute treatment block but also his technique was slow even though it was good. I would still request Chris again in the future but would book a longer session.

The massage was not one of the better massages that I have experienced there.

More of a personal thing as a therapist's technique is like trying on a pair of shoes - comfortable for one person may not be for another person.
