Hand and Stone

The original appt was scheduled for me by my mother with Leslie. When we arrived for the appointment, they told us the appt was with Brooke. My mother was especially surprised about the mix up. We ended up changing the appt for the weekend with Brooke, who was OUTSTANDING, but the scheduling snafu bothered my mother as she uses Leslie and specifically wanted me to have the treatment with her. Nonetheless, I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with Brooke.

I came in 15 minutes early. Checked in and then sat there until 15 after my appointment was supposed to have started. Woman at reception made eye contact with me several times. When the woman came out that was supposed to do my appointment . She was very apologetic.

My massage therapist was wonderful. I did not like the location, as it felt like an office building and not like a relaxing spa.

After the treatment, I went to the restroom and discovered that the therapist had not done a good job of completely removing the oatmeal mask! I spent some time removing the residue.

It was mostly a great experience, and Leslie was very knowledgeable and attentive. When I have previously had facials, the aesthetician massaged hands and feet while waiting for products to take effect. I missed this, as it really made me feel pampered.

I was highly satisfied by most everything that I experienced Reception was friendly and the therapist worked hard to relieve the pain.

This was my first experience so I have nothing to compare it to. There were no surprises nor bad experiences. I'm reluctant to give my experience the highest rating without knowing if the experience could have been much better or much worse. I hope you understand my opinion.

I asked for head neck and shoulders as well as back and legs . She ran out of time And told me next Time. My top area needed at least a few minutes.

I think that the value overall could be better but was still satisfied.

The experience was satisfactory for the price charged. Therapist was very good. Enjoyed the massage.
