The online booking does not guarantee that you will get the therapist you ask for because when the information is relayed to the actual H&S location it comes in as not assigned to a particular therapist. Your corporate booking system should tie directly into the locations booking system, which it does not. I have run into several problems with the two versions of your online systems, corporate and location driven. They do not mesh, in this day and age you are lacking in the seamless interface which is as easy as pie. You really need to do something about this. Fortunately the location realizes the inadequacies of the systems not being the same. I will no longer book online as the therapist asked for is probably not going to be the one you end up with. This along makes me not want to continue my membership. It is not the fault of the individual location, but the fault of corporate. You need to fix this.

I had a issue that the so called rude receptionist confronted me in front of everyone in there and she spoke to me like I was trash!!!

The massage and everything was good, but it wasn't the best massage I've ever had. The product left my skin feeling super greasy, even after a shower. The therapist kept digging into the super ticklish part of my neck, even after I flagged it for her.

The massage therapist was absolutely excellent. However, there was no availability for me to continue with her. Also, would prefer to purchase a massage package rather than a membership. Staff in an adjacent room - room 13 - were incredibly noisy. I was told they had a couples massage. Terribly inconsiderate as the noise continued for quite some time and it was all loud conversation. The receptionist wasn't very concerned with this.

The receptionist was friendly but unaware of an emailed promotion and questioned it. It made me feel a little unwelcome because I pay for a membership. She was very good otherwise. May be a lack of communication from corporate to its franchises. Not her fault.

The massage was nice she just yawned the whole time . The other people I camr with had great same experience mine didn’t get in depth like theirs . Maybe I got the new girl

It was wonderful, from the moment we walked in to the massage to checking out. I wish the ambiance in the waiting room was more spa like, it felt a little bit like a more relaxed doctors office. The product display was very intense to me but well laid out.

Massage therapist appeared nervous, unsure and inexperienced. He was very warm and attentive otherwise- that made up for it.
