Everyone was very friendly. I felt very rushed with both my facial and stone massage. I was taken into each room 5-10 minutes after the scheduled time. Then toward the end of each service I felt the therapist was rushing to complete the session on the hour. Each of them did finish a few minutes before the hour. The treatments were very good until the end. I could have used those extra 10 minutes at the beginning also.

My oriiginal therapist was not available for the original therapy appointment that I scheduled for Friday. I had to move to a new therapist who was very good.

The slippers provided were too small. It would be nice to do both facial and the massage in the same room. Having to move breaks relaxation

There was a lot of talking during treatment. Most of which was to promote product sales. Made it hard to relax and enjoy the treatment.

Highly satisfied would be if I had an amazing massage. My massage was good, but not amazing. One part was very good. I’d like all of it to be very good.

My expectation was that the massage was 1 hr. But only get 50 mins including undress and dress. Therapist is very good. Office friendly.

I expect things to be exceptional to give a highly satisfied rating. I was late so I did not get my entire time allotment for the massage. I made another appointment for the day after, since I really like the massage therapist and need work on specific areas due to stress on my body from wearing a cast for a broken ankle!!!

The therapist Jeanette was amazing, I had a billing issue a few months back where they charged me $10 than they usually do. When I brought this to their attention. They told me in front of other patrons I was wrong. I felt like my business was not appreciated and I also felt embarrassed

My esthetician (the Lead) talked about personal work issues, and I felt it was unprofessional and immature to do that.
