A little bit of complication during the checkout process. This was due in lrge part to our membership being based in Winter Springs Florida. On that point, we find it frustrating that a membership can't simply migrate to our new home location. If its a national chain, what is preventing that from happening? We've been informed that we would lose our backlog of services but this really seems like it can be improved. We have to suspend our membership billing and try to use some of the backlogged services but if we cancel, we'll have to use all of them within 30 days, which is not do-able.

Wanted a eyebrow wax wasn't schedule. Receptionist said it might not be done because someone was scheduled right after me not the answer i wanted to hear they shouldn't schedule on top of each other to allow for such unexpected happenings

Unable to schedule appointment online. There are glitches that do not allow me to choose a massage therapist to move forward with scheduling. Calling to book an appointment is very inconvenient for me.

The only issue at all was the appearance of the therapist. I would prefer a more professional appearance.

I don't like when someone is trying to sell me something... I'd like to come and enjoy my treatment without being worried about how I was going to deal with the salesperson at the end of the service.

I was highly satisfied with my visit. I believe it's important for a place to provide consistent service. My therapist was amazing and I will definitely see Heather again.

Everything was wonderful like always, I think the problem this time was more with me and how I was feeling at the time, not a problem with anything or anyone else.

I was required to give a credit card to hold the appointment, I then received a text asking me to confirm the appointment (felt like the credit card should have taken care of that) and the next day a phone call to confirm again. Wish you had better pricing without having to buy a membership.

Receptionist did not seem to be knowledgeable about the billing and was ddifficult to understand when she tried to explain. Not a language issue. Computers not working when I was there.

Excellent as always. I am not a fan of the facials because the products made my skin oily but my facial lady was awesome.
