In the past, my partner and I have had our credit cards mischarged for our monthly packages. We have been members for almost a year now and we are just now getting the credit card malfunctions fixed. The staff was very friendly and accommodated my requests. My partner and I celebrated our anniversary with a massage and the staff decorated the room with scented candles and rose petals. It could be argued that the staff made up for their past mistakes by pulling off a flawless anniversary surprise for my partner. If this night had gone awry, then we would have cancelled our membership on the spot. We try to be patient and understanding of any problems, but at this point, we are wary of the services we receive. We love our therapists. We respect the staff. We want to feel like our business is valued. Most of the time it feels that way, but if our credit cards get mischarged again, that's it.

Liz was fantastic! I was relaxed and rejuvenated after arriving with a terrible sinus headache and earache. Both were gone when I left your spa. :-)

Nothing in particular - it's always nice and clean there. Just sometimes a bit sterile - needs to feel a little warmer in my opinion.

My therapist focused only on trigger points on my back and didn't get to my arms or hands at all. We had discussed a full body massage with extra focus on my back but it ended up being pressure points on my back and a quick leg/feet and neck. I would have preferred long strokes and deeper pressure over trigger points only. Was painful the next day. It was a couples massage and it my bf had that therapist he wouldn't have wanted to return. Would prefer Stephanie next time for sure

This was my first visit with this therapist -- my other visits have been very good, esp with Ally. This therapist didn't seem knowledgeable about massage. There was very little technique evident. For the last five to ten minutes, she did nothing but place her still hands on my chest, cheeks, then forehead. I did not feel like I received value for my money with this visit. It will not deter me from visiting again, but I will hope for a different therapist.

The quality of the actual massages that I have had are pretty good. My visit yesterday with Stephanie was excellent. However, I have had major issues preceding both of my appointments. That is not the kind of service I would expect. For my intro visit, the therapist was half an hour late. Yesterday, I showed up for my confirmed time (booked online concierge) and there was no record of my appointment. The location was able to accommodate me but with a different therapist. I've never had such problems at any other massage business. While both issues were resolved, I do not like having a membership with a place that might not be reliable. Now I feel as though I have to wonder whether I'll actually get a massage each time I come in because of the issues I've had. I am hopeful that my next experience will run much more smoothly or I will be terminating my membership.
