Ariah is a phenomenal esthetician and treats her clients with the utmost compassion, respect, and attention. She is knowledgeable about how to address her client's skin concerns. She offers suggestions for products to purchase to take home but isn't pushy - she helps you feel right at home.

I booked a Teen Facial for my sister as a surprise birthday present to allow her feel special and pampered like she deserves! The staff there was extremely professional and nice, and the atmosphere was something rare! It was such a nice experience that I thought about booking a facial for myself in the near future!

Taylor was a fantastic massage specialist. He tackled my pain points and was great to talk to. The experience here in the Asheville Henderson Rd location has far exceeded my experience going to the Cary, North Carolina location (Waverly Place) for years. I was planning to cancel my membership due to the lack of availability and increased pricing with Hand & Stone, but I now plan to keep it after the great service provided during this visit.

My only issue was the call center. They could not answer my question about services and gave me wrong directions to the spa. Once I got to the spa they were great.

My massage therapist was highly skilled and was very attentive. One of the best massages I've had in some time. My esthetician was knowledgeable and did a great job at selecting the treatment for my particular skin concerns. Both services were very relaxing.

I honestly was not sure what to expect & it was above & beyond!!!
