Hand and Stone

Once an appointment is booked at this facility, all goes well. But. Getting the appointment booked isn't very easy. Calling the direct number almost always goes to vmail. Call backs can take 2 days. Why is the online booking tool not available? This gets even more difficult when a therapist has to reschedule an appointment with me.

The physical environment is pleasant and professional as are the staff. The membership makes it quite affordable. Very happy that’s it is nearby and parking is not an issue.

I had a great experience

It was a great experience for me. So satisfied that I am going to join the membership option.

I went in because is was having neck pain after my massage I was feeling a 100% better. I went home and told my son and partner about my wonderful experience. I also place to make frequent visits in the future.
