The entire experience is uplifting. Friendly, welcoming reception staff & pleasing esthetics in the waiting area is the perfect start to a wonderful experience. I have become a devotee of facials. My esthetician’s technique is flawless as is her personality. Excellent products also.

My facial was extremely professional. I also enjoyed how quiet it was. The staff was exceptional. I will definitely be back.

It was perfect! I called in thinking I wanted to get in for facial this week and the friendly receptionist offered one within a couple of hours. It wasn't the esthetician I had previously seen, however I was presently surprised with the new person and went ahead an book another facial on the spot.

Julie always does a great job with my facials. This time she did microdermablasion and I was completely comfortable and not concerned about injury or issues. My skin felt so smooth, soft, and we'll hydrated.

Marcella Mallone is the best therapist I have visited in the 20 years I have been getting a regular massage. Hand & Stone is a beautiful and relaxing environment. Their attention to safety during Covid appears to be adequate.

The Massage Therapist Rachel did an excellent job focusing on the areas I specified. She was able to tell me other parts of my body that held tension as well. Very kind and professional.

I noticed the receptionists had their masks off when I came out of the massage. They quickly put them back on when they saw me. Not the safest thing to do, give Covid, could still be in the air and exposing eachother.

Walking into Hand & Stone feels as if I am meeting good friends. My new masseuse, Alyssa, was everything good and more. Your place in Asheville, N.C. is the best.

Brittany, my massage therapist, is very kind, compassionate, and has very good massage techniques. I was much more relaxed and in less pain after leaving than before I arrived. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone.
