The whole process was seamless and the atmosphere was friendly, warm, inviting and relaxing - despite health/safety precautions. Julie, the esthetician was friendly, very knowledgeable and created a regimen tailored to my skin needs (anti-aging). The facial was a wonderful relaxing experience and my skin looked and felt amazing - so much that I didn't wear make-up all day (and I never do that). This was a birthday present and it was such a great experience that I'll be back.
