Stephanie the massage therapist is wonderful. Strong yet gentle. Brooke at the front desk is always welcoming (and good at remembering names!) and the environment is calming and special!

The gals in reception are pleasant and helpful. I’ve been going to ALI for a while and she knows my skin and is a wonderful racialist (very popular, so sometimes I can’t get in to suit my schedule, but it works.)

Stefanie was so friendly and helpful (this was only my second massage) and she helped me feel comfortable and kept making sure I was comfortable and the amount of pressure was good. The receptionist was very friendly and updated me that my therapist was running a little late instead of making me sit there for no reason. Very good, friendly customer service. Very satisfied! And the massage was so relaxing!!
