I find both the facials and the massages I receive to be very beneficial. I have really formed a friendship with my therapist and I look forward to each visit. The staff is very friendly and caring.

Stephanie is a wonderful massage therapist! She is knowledgeable, asks for my input as appropriate and really works out my kinks without hurting me! And the front desk folks are always warm and welcoming and well informed. I always have a great experience. When I win the lottery I’ll come every day!!!

Ji is always so welcoming and knowledgeable. She doesn’t push products on me but is helpful in finding what products I need just for my skin. The reception staff are always friendly and respectful.

The massage therapist responded to my specific needs exactly as I described with regards to stress pains, pressure and target areas. The receptionists were extremely pleasant and welcoming. They made it very easy to switch my out of state membership to be used at the Asheville location.
