I was fairly new to booking successive messages at Hand & Stone when I chose Ritchie as my therapist. He is phenomenal at his craft. Ritchie pays absolute attention to his client, how they are feeling at that moment, what they are looking to obtain from the message as well as the client's personality. The front desk staff have always been welcoming and accommodating. The facility is clean, well tended and offers the spa experience when you walk through the door. Anyone looking for a lift to their overall wellbeing would be advised to schedule a session with one of the therapists. Just giving yourself the gift of an hour to relax away from your normal routine is priceless.

The reception and waiting areas are always clean. The visits are always on time. The staff are always able to answer any questions I have about procedures or products.

Daniel did an amazing job with my deep tissue message. Have not found anyone till him that has given a true deep tissue massage! He’s very knowledgable and is very good at what he does: the people where kind and the place was relaxing and clean

I have been with three massage therapists at this location. Angela gives a great massage, gives the most attention to my problem areas, and shares well what she learns about my muscles.

As a recent resident to this area, I was very surprised to find that the quality of service at this location is even better than the one in NY. As this was my very first appointment here, I am sure to return soon & I already booked it with the same therapist.
