The girl at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The therapist was friendly and got me back early and did a great job.It was quick and easy at check out.

Ariah is such a kind, intentional, and talented esthetician. She listened to me and her techniques were incredibly impressive. I left feeling so happy and relaxed!

Taylor is an amazing massage therapist. I try to come twice a month. It’s hard to find someone who is tuned in and attentive. Very happy to have found him.

My overall experience was stellar and everyone was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. I only had an issue with an upgraded service being applied without prior notice nor consent (in terms of asking if the upgraded service was okay to perform during my visit). It resulted in a bit of a surprise at the time of checkout otherwise my visit was extremely pleasant.

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone for a massage. I was warmly greeted, offered water, and enjoyed the comfortable waiting area. My massage was on time, and my therapist was friendly and professional. She took the time to ask me questions and explain the process. The room was simple and on the plain side, but pleasant. My therapist was very experience and gave me an excellent massage. I knew where I had tightness in my body and she confirmed that, and offered more information from her observations. The products have no scent, which is perfect if you don't prefer that. I chose not to upgrade to aromatherapy products this time, but would like to next time. I was very happy with my experience.
