Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff

The staff was extremely friendly and answered all my questions about the memebership. Any and all skin questions were answered. Trust me I had a lot of questions. Overall it was just a really pleasant experience.

My massage therapist is outstanding in the amount of pressure she uses. I carry a lot of stress and tension in my shoulders, and it's always much better after my massage. I love the aroma of the oils she uses (lavender) and come out of my appt feeling relaxed.

The staff is very friendly. The massage therapist targeted my problem areas firmly enough to make an improvement, but not too hard that it hurt. Entire experience was exactly what I wanted.

I’ve had both a massage and a facial from Hand and Stone and both of the staff were extremely friendly and made sure that they focused on problem areas while I was in the room. The staff were very knowledgeable with any questions that I asked and were patient with me as it was my first massage/facial and I had a lot of questions. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing as well.

This was my third face wax but first time at Hand and Stone. I was really pleased with Ji and how she was able to wax all my face hair off.

I was very pleased with the services, they weren't long enough.
