I was extremely satisfied because Ji was the most amazing, beautiful soul I have every encountered. She was so sweet and listened to my concerns. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

When I was finished and returned to the desk, I was shown a tube of whatever and asked if I wanted to buy it? "NO." I do not want people to try to sell me something during or after a massage or any other time. If I want something....I will ask! This really bothered me. I am from Florida and we are schooled NEVER to push a product during a massage . The person should be relaxing and not thinking about your sale pitch.

Greeted and felt welcome. Therapist was experienced and knowledgeable. Therapist was focused on my needs.

The receptionist was very accommodating and welcoming. Emily the massage therapist was very personal and listen well to understand what pressure and problem areas to focus on. Emily was awesome.

I have been to Hand & stone several times. I have always had great experiences with any service that I have chosen. Everyone does a great job, very professional and a great place for all of your spa needs.

Staff courtesy, professional. Spoke to me with eye contact. Very self conscious about my body but was NOT while on the massage table Very adroit and discreet.

I was able to get a same day, late evening appointment, great start off the bat! Also, booking online is a huge convenience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Sarah is a great massage therapist, spending the hour on my neck and shoulders as requested. I also received the peppermint scalp massage, very relaxing, and wonderful smell. Very reasonable fees. I will absolutely be back soon!

Beautiful space, friendly front desk personnel, warm in the store (it was cold outside the day I came), loved my massage therapist (knowledgeable, kind and caring)good music, overall great experience!

Everything was great and I was totally in a relaxed state which I really need!
