Hand and Stone

I would have LOVED to use the app to make an appointment, but each time I try, it says it’s under maintenance. Even when it did work, it was barely functional. At this point I’m not sure why I bother leaving it on my iPhone. Keith, my therapist, is amazing.

I have not busted any other hand & stone spa but this one is exceptional ! Front desk is friendly & professional. My masseuse is top-drawer - and I’ve been having massages in top salons in NYC for years. This masseuse is fabulous! I’ve already booked my services thru the end of the year!

Extremely upset with online booking. Originally booked massage for 80 minutes 2 weeks in advance. Planned an important schedule around that. Was notified a few days before the appointment that the online scheduling was incorrect and I only have 50 minutes. This is wrong and screwed up my day. No regard for my day. If it happens again I will leave. I am positive about the review in almost all areas except that but that is a deal breaker.

Melissa was very professional and gave a very satisfying facial. She was also very knowledgeable on how to help with my rosacea and offered me a product that would help.

The massage therapist, CiCi is awesome. The rooms are quiet with soothing music. Overall ambiance is nice even extends into bathrooms.

I got exactly what I was expecting. Friendly, courteous, and relaxing service.

Recent service was well done and the location is well kept and offers friendly service.

Tina is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and I request her every time
