The facial was awesome. Melissa spent time addressing my concerns and targeted exactly what we spoke about. Her knowledge of what to do for my skin type and products for it was excellent.

This was a wonderful experience! While not my first massage, it was my first HOT STONE massage and my very first facial! I treated my soon to be daughter-in-law to a massage and facial too, and it was exactly the experience that I hoped she and I would have! Please note that while I responded that it’s unlikely that I’ll returm to the Ocean NJ spa location, that’s because I live an hour away and will utilize the spa in Watchung.

Melissa made me feel very comfortable, addressed my problem areas and explained in detail what she was doing as she was doing the service, which put me at ease. Her personality and professionalism is just fabulous, I really enjoy feeling like I can ask questions and get honest helpful answers.

Victoria always makes me comfortable. She does a wonderful job. I always request for her to perform my services. However I do not feel that I should be required to write a minimum number of sentences to complete a survey. This part of the survey should be optional and not required.

Everything about hand and stone is great. Always enjoy the experience and look forward to my next visit.

I suggested to the manager that they have a calendar available for clients to view, that don't use the calendar on their phones for appointments, while scheduling their next visit then I went in for my message. When I came out there it was printed out and ready for use! Now that's good service!
