Reception staff pleasant and efficient. Therapist, Xaziera, is excellent. She has a nice personality that puts one at ease. She takes time to ask of any specific areas that need attention, and she always applies the right amount of pressure for an effective massage.

I encountered a policy problem and I discussed the problem with the manager, Brittany. We discussed the situation and she resolved the matter and I was highly satisfied. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident with multiple injuries, although well healed, I do have acute and chronic pain, I discussed this with my therapist Christian, and he resolved my complaints, and again I was highly satisfied.

It's easy & quick, & convenient to make appts. The techs are really nice and always ensuring technique is applicable at time of svc.
