It appears to me that the H&S is an efficient and smoothly run operation.

Melissa was wonderful. She even suggested some stretches I could do at home, to relieve the trigger points in my shoulders.

Like being pampered. However my last certificate expired the day before my scheduled appt and you would not honor it. I was very dissatisfied with that. Not very customer friendly with that type of issue.

Christian is consistent in his work and the staff overall is very friendly. The spa is clean and the ambience is always welcoming and tranquil.

I frequent the Toms River Hand and Stone as well as the Ocean facility. I find that the established standard of excellence is dependable and constant regardless of which facility I frequent. Personnel appear to be well trained and expectations of business policies deeply rooted within each individual .

I used a new therapist and she listened to my needs. She kept conversation to a minimum and concentrated on all of the areas I requested. Next time I am going with a double sessio
