Receptionists were very welcoming, friendly, warm, and accomadating. Tracy, the anestician was highly professional, knowledgeable, kind, and is very skilled at what she does. I felt very comfortable with her, and it was my first time there. My skin looks and feels great. Everything was outstanding!!

My easthetician Courtney was a very sweet girl, with great knowledge of the field of skin care as well as how to ease someone who has built up stress and high anxiety. I also am an easthetician (license) but did or does nothing with the certification except waxing, shiatsu , and makeup applying. One of the first things they teach you in school in regards to starting the process on the patient is to make sure all makeup is removed and done quickly and efficiency., When I got up I had raccoon eyes because my makeup was still on. I felt her doing the correct way which is wipe down toward eyelash and the scoop under eye away from the temple , you swoop in toward the eye. Very important. Last thing a client wanted to see when they get up from having such an exhilarating experience is to see makeup still on . You want to see a fresh face. Other than that she was very good.,

Therapist asked pertinent questions. Therapist followed my requests. There was a good deal of pain relief after the massage.

Tracy went above and beyond for my facial. Her knowledge, friendliness and service was top notch. I would definitely ask for her again. She was not pushy whatsoever about products and treatments which is what I prefer. My skin was glowing when I left and you have an excellent employee.

Tina was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. Her facial was superb, especially the massage that came with it. I have already recommended the service to friends.

I was politely received when I arrived. My esthetician, Courtney was excellent!! Knowledgeable, intelligent, interested in what I had to say, answered all my questions. She offered solid, practical advice for some of the skin issues that I have and she is the first esthetician to actually FIX the issue I had with my skin!! I was so pleased with Courtney's expertise, I bought a membership!

The massage was deep enough to relieve muscle stress and tension. The massage therapist was knowledgeable and strong. The massage therapist listed to my needs and accommodated them while also offering constructive suggestions.
