Sabrina was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable being this was my 1st facial. The receptionists were very friendly and made sure your questions were answered. Very happy with the service.

Everything was wonderful, from booking to exiting. I originally tried to book West Long Branch via online, text and phone to no avail. Ocean answered my call the first time! My only complaint was that the music kept cutting out making it too quiet. Montana and Sabrina are great.

I love the therapists and the treatments but I am thoroughly disappointed that the mobile app and the website appointment booking still does not work after months. I would come more often if I were able to book online I also don't feel that it's fair that because I can't book online I can't accumulate membership points because your mobile app and your webpage appointment booking system is in operable. I feel that customers like me who would book online should be given the points whenever the online booking is not available

My Massage was very relaxing. I had asked for less pressure on my back due to back issues and my massage therapist accommodated my request. At the end of my massage she even recommended things I could do to help relieve my back pain. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and informative. I had a wonderful experience overall!

Everyone took such great care of me

The staff was lovely and the massage was effective. The only change I would make would be to have specific clarification of how much additional time is added to your massage if you purchase an upgrade, this way you know what you're paying for and if its worth it or not. Its just vague on the handout where you can pick something. Overall a wonderful experience, great staff.

I like Medi alot. She never hurts me and has great advice for any problem in experiencing.
