Hand and Stone

When calling to book my appointment, I wanted 2 appointments at the same time. There was not 2 at the same time. The receptionist called and another gal came on early to accommodate my mother and myself.

The atmosphere was clean and the staff was accommodating! Hands down one of the best hand and stone locations I've been to!

I felt very comfortable and my asthetician was very nice and caring.

The aesthetican Tina who gave me the facial was so fantastic . She really improved my skin and helped me to learn about how to keep my skin nice . I've had many facials and she was the best ever .

I was very satisfied with the way my face felt after I was done, and it still great. My esthetician was great and very friendly. Made me feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with the price of $49.95, but this was a one time only price. Had a very pleasant experience.

I have had numerous massages at various spas. I am more than pleased with my massage package at Hand and Stone Massage.

I appreciate the knowledge and skill of my facialist, Tina, more than any other esthetician I have patronized in the past. I also like the membership program and my ability to put my membership on hold when necessary.

Tina was excellent in perceiving what I wanted, was knowligable of products & services & made recommendations based on my ideas, not sales. The dissatisfaction came from the receptionist who scheduled my appointment. She seemed confused by my questions & the different services that I asked about. She booked the wrong service, even after I confirmed what I wanted & she said she changed it to a one hour rather than just a treatment.

Xarial was EXCELLENT and remembered me from the last visit!!! Appointment availability, on the other hand, is unsatisfactory. To book a weekend I need at least 5-7 days in advance.

I have been a member of the Ocean Hand and Stone for 5 months and each time I have visited I have had a wonderful experience. The front desk personal are friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The massage therapists I have delt with have been knowledgeable and perfessionable. The lobby, bathrooms, and massage rooms are well kept and very clean. I look forward to visiting Hand and Stone for my monthly massage.
