My therapist used robotic repetitive motions. I was dissatisfied with the arm, hand, leg, and foot part of the massage. I am experiencing more pain in my neck 24-48 hours after the massage.

I was. It was a different therapist than I normally use and the pressure was a bit light, but she was overall great. I do not love the tipping system...you are suggesting percentages that are pretty high and based on non member prices, and it bullies customers to higher than necessary prices or guilt

The classic facial is fairly basic and is satisfactory. Perhaps a longer, more specialized treatment would warrant a highly satisfied rating.

Membership packages total about 19. Some carryover from COVID, but with monthly billing I'm accumulating too many. I moved to area in November from Bedminster. I can't find a good masseuse for deep tissue at the Ocean location.

For the price plus the tip the services don't seem worth it. Customers are paying over 100.00 for a one hour service. For that cost the services should be better.
