No massage at hand and stone should cost 160 dollars, the atmosphere does not match the pricing

I was HIGHLY SAtSFIED

The receptionist was not friendly over the phone and they ride and hanged up on my face before I finish what I wanted to say. Plus the price is very expensive for $85 for only 50 minutes! I found a different place that charge $70 for a full hour!

The receptionist was awkward.. she spent a VERY long time talking about this new panic button in the room which made me uncomfortable and wondering why she spent so much time before my appointment. Massage was pretty good but therapist spent a long time pushing on parts of my boding instead of actually massaging.

The push for signing up is kind of a turn off. The sales pitch is too pushy. Also the offer to sign up should not be required to do in the office. I should be able to go home and review the packages and be able to make an informed decision. It’s really a turn off.

I should start by saying that I was not dissatisfied with my service. However, I wish there were more service providers available at this location. Before Sarah started (who performed my last few massages), I was ready to go to a different location or possibly end my membership. And while she does a great job, I would still like some other options to find someone who I think is exceptional.

The receptionist was very friendly and the office was very clean. My massage therapist was very professional and courteous. At times, the pressure was a little too intense but that was my fault for not communicating better.

The front desk staff has changed over many times in the past 6-9 months. Not as professional as they used to be.

I have chronic back pain, and need deep massage, very firm and strong. I asked for this when I made my appointment ont he phone and was told the therapist they recomended does that... and when i went to her she said she does not do deep tissue. She was very nice and attentive and friendly but it wasn't deep enough. I do not fault her but rather the receptionist who booked me with her and not sumeone else more appropriate.....

My appointment was at 1:00. It started after 1:10 and ended at 1:50. For the cost, it was barely 40 minutes.
