The heat wa not working. Had to wait almost 10 minutes to use a bathroom because one was out of order

The massage itself felt choppy- uneven. I also asked about the education/school of all the therapists and the receptionists couldn’t answer.

It's a 50-minute appointment so there won't be much time for resting with the masque. The cleaning was rushed and a little painful, but thorough, so this is not a complaint of the esthetician. If a 55 minute facial is implemented, that five minutes might just be enough space for both client and facialist. Thank you kindly.

I had an appointment for a 1.5 hour massage which I received a confirmation email and text in the morning for. When I arrived, I was informed that they tried to call me twice to cancel because the massage therapist wasn't in that day. They said they couldn't reach me because my voicemail was full. I told the receptionist that I received confirmations that morning for my appointment, both via email and text. I asked why they did not try to text or email me since I recieve other communication that way? They said a manager would get back to me. I haven't heard from anyone yet. They did have an aesthetician available so I had a 1 hour facial instead so I did not waste my time going there.

Had to book back to back appointments for my son and myself. Therapist never inquired about pressure or anything, at all, just did her thing for 49 minutes and left.

I was satisfied with my visit. I just don't think it was anything special.

My appointment was supposed to be 75 minutes long including a scalp massage. I was in my facial for an hour. During that hour, the employee had to leave 3 times because it wasn't stocked properly and then someone needed a machine so we were disrupted again. Employee cursed several times at the frustration of the room not being stocked properly. The scalp massage was awful. They didn't take my pony tail out and barely massaged my scalp. I didn't even have to fix my ponytail. I felt like there was no relaxation or "massage" part of the facial. usually, there is some sort of massage with my shoulders.

I was satisfied, my main complaint is the availability of therapists. It seems always a 2+ week out to book. If i dont book 3 to 4 weeks out, I can not get in.

The therapist rooms floors are sticky. Tables are old-needs some tlc. Yet the people are all lovely. I think the reception was simply due to a new employee and I was in on a Sunday.

I spoke in detail with my MT about areas to address - my back was not addressed. Too Much time on arms and legs. I started face up. Which in the 7 years I’ve been coming has never happened.
