I have found a big turn over rate with massage therapist. The few therapists that are there are not very good. It seems like they don't want to work. I have also noticed that there isn't a lot of therapists that will work the later hrs.once I find someone that I like they end up leaving the location

The one thing that bothered me was that the cushion for your face to fit into during my massage was not very strong and my face felt the pressure of the bar in its frame. The problem was minimally helped by a towel Tracy gave me to ease the pressure.

Tracey is always an amazing and attentive masseuse! At check out, I was upcharged for a deep tissue massage that I did not ask for, and Tracey did not ask or say that anything during our massage would be upcharged. Her massage was wonderful and no different than any other massage I’ve had with her. She’s attentive, caring and really figures out what needs to be worked out and does it. I was being up charged for a service I did not request and was not asked about. Although nothing at all was different than when I see her every month. If I am to be up charged for an additional service or anything other than I usually get (which I did not-she did the same massage she does for me every month) I would expect to be asked first and not be superseded at checkout. It was remedied by staff but shouldn’t have happened.

I originally had Tina do my facial, and I absolutely loved that one. This one was just OK.

The reception area furniture needs to be repaired or replaced and the receptionist did not acknowledge me. I did not feel welcomed.

The appointment started 10 minutes late and time was not added at the end to make it up. The massage was shortened by 10 minutes.

I received to many phone calls to confirm my appt. I rather to confirm by test message. Also the girl who did my facial did not ask me any questions of what I was expecting for the facial

Price recently went up again. Service is the same. Not sure it’s worth it.
