There was just confusion as they had to swap esthetician.

I’m still sore from the amount of pressure on my shoulders. I broke out from the facial even though I paid for the blue light, I needed more time with it. I do not think I got $50 worth for that upgrade.

While my skin felt nice after the Doamond facial, of I was warned ahead of time how noisy the machine is I would not have done it.

My first appointment had to be rescheduled late notice because Therapist had a emergency very disappointing, but Receptionist was very kind . And my 2 appointment with Ashley was great.

The massage therapists technique was different from what I have experienced before.

My treatment was very nice. I was actually going to cancel my membership, but since the esthetician did such a good job, I decided to keep it for now. I do think the treatments are overpriced for what you receive, and I don't see consistency between estheticians.

My issue with hand and stone is transparency with services and costs. My second issue is customer service with a specific staff member. The third is lack of massage techs and flexibility in hours, there’s only 5 masseuses and very minimal availability after 4pm.

I am highly satisfied with the therapist who has demonstrated good knowledge and skills during my sessions! I do suggest that hand and stone create a semi private waiting area.

I called to book a hydrafacial and ended up getting charged with a deluxe hydrafacial that I didn’t even know existed, which was also $50 more
