Everything was ok just the time therapist started massage at 11 06am and finished at 11 50am I wanted just upper body massage but I felt cutting massage time by 6 minutes it’s a lot

I very much like the massage. I think the add like stones or other things are a bit too expensive. That's my only complaint. I would get more if priced less.

Not sure if my massage was for 60 min or 50. it ended up only being 50- masseuse was EXCELLENT! I have a massage monthly and this was one of the best Inhave had

The esthetician was very nice but two things bothered me: She was 7 minutes late and then proceeded to discuss my skin for another near 10 minutes. All this was time taken away from the service, which I resented. Also, she tried to upcharge me (this seems to be encouraged at Hand & Stone). I just want to relax not have to defend the service I already selected. The actual facial itself was excellent though.

wanted to book two (2) massages that were at the same time, 2 female masseuses. for my husband and me. we both work. had to wait months for a good time. Then, one appointment was changed with no notice, except a text to confirm the different time 2 days before appointment. after calling to reschedule, the day before the appt, we were able to get appts for the same time, but with a male/female. That was okay, but neither of us really liked the pressure applied during massage. Ebony was great as receptionist.

My masseuse seemed sick - which I know people can't help but it was hard to relax due to this. The waiting room was also very noisy when I got in and my appointment started 5 minutes late and then my massage was finished 5 minutes early. Didn't feel like I received the best treatment for the price I paid.

The receptionist was on the phone with a customer for a sometime while i was trying to check out. I think I should have been acknowledged. The receptionist was very polite however to both the customer on the phone and me!

I really like when I come into a spa environment to be greeted with more energy. I think the front office staff is a bit too casual with how they dress in the clothes they wear and how they address clients.
