The receptionist said check out was not knowledgeable of what services to charge me and how many packages to use,,she ended up charging me an additional five dollars which is unacceptable. You are always trying to add on extra money. I discussed this with the girl who did my facial to get the most for my money and no additional money I did not have time to argue so I paid it bought some cream and left.

Massage started a little bit late. The chair the massage therapist uses was tattered and worn. It is difficult to get an appointment at the time I’m looking for even a month out.

I never received the email to fill out the forms prior to my appointment. I called the morning of my afternoon appointment to request for them to send it to me but never received (not in spam either). I arrived for my appointment and was asked to fill out which took away 20 minutes from my hour facial. Since this wasn’t my fault, I don’t feel I should have been penalized although I do understand the strictness with appointments as it effects other clients. I’m a new member, paid extra for services and purchased products so while I was happy with the facial, I did leave feeling disappointed and unsure if I will retain my membership.

please ask if she can trim her fingernails, they do jab in and not comfortable

I would suggest the oils & lotions be warm. Also after the massage allow 5 mins to lay & recover. The music could've been a little more soothing.

The service I received and knowledge of the massage therapist was fantastic.

Everything was good ! Not great this time around but overall satisfied. :)

My massage therapist was very professional, friendly, and effective. He was recommended to me by a close friend. I have already booked another session with him for next month.

Everything was wonderful. No one or nothing is perfect. The service was fine.

The receptionists kept pushing the membership on me even though I repeatedly informed them that it wasn't something I wanted to do again. I was relaxed until I was checking out!
