I asked to have my quads and hip flexors addressed in addition to my glutes, but they were not touched at all. None of the employees were wearing masks, although in the online questionnaire I filled out before hand, it asked if I wanted my therapist to wear a mask, to which I answered yes.

Appointment started late, was brought back about 10-12 Minutes after scheduled time. By the time the massage started, it was really only about 40-45 minutes instead of 50. Also $15 for the scalp massage seems excessive given that it’s not time added to the 50 minutes massage and time spent was minimal. Overall, the massage was wonderful and the therapist did an excellent job focusing on my problem areas. Overall, satisfied with the experience.

More of a system issue, Every time I come in I have to fill out an intake form. There seems to be more then 3 accounts for my name. that caused a 20 minute check out! This service was suppose to be a surprise but I was texted as soon as the appointment was booked.

It’s been so hard to get an appointment with a good massage therapist. When I finally ended up booking with a random therapist (this happened 2x in a row) the massage was not good the first time and the second time the therapist was 30 minutes late and then told me her whole personal life during our massage. I finally booked an appointment with Aja (who I wanted because they rave how good she is) only to have it canceled the day before. I was so bummed because I have been so stressed and really look forward to this me time. I had to wait WEEKS to book with her again so I eventually just scheduled a facial with a random person (who was so sweet).

well, I had a 10 am appt and when I got there a little after 10 am I checked in and discussed getting the gift cards with the receptionist and then was asked if I needed water and to please sit and wait. So, I did that and got started with my massage around 10:10 am, but my massage was over at 10:50? I am always asked about getting an 80 minute massage instead, and I always laugh and say no thank you. I am hoping that if I am paying for a 50 minute massage for $69 plus tax plus tip that I would feel like I got my moneys worth. Unfortunately, when I leave my issues that I had before the massage are still there after. Just not feeling like this is helping me any more.

I don't think that the way the front desk dresses is professional at all. I also don't feel like I am walking into a spa when I step through the doors. It feels more like I am checking into a gym to workout for the day. I think the company should really address the incessant need for sales and upselling of products by both the front desk staff and the esthetician. It is a complete turn off. I had an issue that was begrudgingly resolved by the manager Daniel ahead of time. However it didn't leave me feeling confident that I would want to become a member again at this location.
