I was satisfied with my service. When I tell the therapist my problem areas I expect them to work on that area a little bit more than other areas. That usually doesn’t happen. Sometimes the therapist doesn’t even address that area. Even though the therapist know where the problem area is.

The therapist "disappeared" on several occasions during the treatment. When I got onto the table in the treatment room, I had to call out out and have someone get her to begin my session. At the end, when I finished dressing, I had to have someone get her so I could leave a tip. Every masseur/masseuse that's treated me in the past, offered me a cup of water at that time; this one did not. I really don't need the water, but, if that's your policy, it should be offered.

I loved Andrea who did my facial. She was kind, knowledgeable, and catered to my issues. I greatly disliked the sales pitch at the conclusion of my service. The receptionist kept pushing and I was not interested. I felt as if I kept saying no I would end up with a set of kitchen knives as an incentive. You should stope this practice. I have told people about my experience and that has turned them off from going to that location

The therapist was great, Asia made me feel so relaxed. The ambience was different this time when I walked in - very sales pitchy and pushy of others and no one even acknowledged me for 8 minutes

Overall experience was great! Only issue was pressure. I had asked my massage therapist to go a little lighter and she did, but it was still a little too much pressure for me. I should’ve spoke up a little lol.

New management policies make my experience feel more like they are trying to get me to spend the most money possible. This company is no longer putting the customer first.

Andrea is great!! Staff is always helpful and nice. However, I requested to end my monthly membership last week and still haven't received a response from manager. The reason for my canceling is because my schedule isn't very flexible and its hard to get an appt. Need to have online booking for membership customers. Thanks!
