Difficulty in scheduling next appt as "the company is trying to book as many appts as possible" (which I did not need to be made aware of), instead of the needs of the paying customer.

for a 50 minute massage it is expensive when you charge $69 for the service and then another $10 for a tip the therapist. I feel that you should give and hour massage and pay that $60! finances are a huge deal today for most of us and this is a medical necessity not a luxury for me insurances should cover this!

The friendliness of all the staff always makes a difference. They always make you feel so welcome. They provide a wonderful customer experience!

The facilities and the massage were wonderful. One of the receptionists was a bit off putting; too obvious about trying to upsell and calling grown women “ honey”. While I was waiting for my appointment another customer was checking out and wasn’t able to use a gift card that she received so she had to pay out of pocket. The woman was clearly annoyed and the receptionist still tried to sell her the lifestyle package. Total inability or unwillingness to “read the room”

When booking online, due to such low availability I usually select view all. In doing so I ended up booking massage for previous masseuse I did not enjoy. Confirmation email and text also do not specify masseuse booked with. While Danielle is very nice and good for a light touch, I prefer a firmer pressure and hers is the lightest I have ever had. I did request firmer and was advised that any firmer was a deep tissue and an upgrade. This last time I was offered to upgrade to hot stones because I have had issues every time I wanted to use my birthday upgrade and she was allergic to the oil I wanted. I was not aware that I was only being given $20 off the upgraded stones service. In the backroom, Danielle did not explain that the salt stones are more expensive but this was probably because the front desk only said that hot stones were going to be comped and did not mention price discount to her either. The plus side is that the use of the stones made the pressure feel a little firmer. The downside is I was surprised to find I owed a balance after the massage. This is not the first time there has been a lack of transparency in the fees at this hand and stone.

I suppose nothing was above and beyond outstanding. Nothing was wrong but I wasn’t particularly blown away.

I requested a himalayan salt stone upgrade to my massage when making the appt over the phone. When I arrived, the receptionist had no record of this and asked again if i would like any upgrades. I requested it again and she said she would add it. I never did receive it, i just got a regular massage. The other receptionist removed the charge from my total before I paid at the end with no questions asked.

In comparison to other massages I've received elsewhere this ranks highly but the the biggest above all. Massage was catered to me specifically which was wonderful

Stop the hard upsell techniques by the receptionist. "Why don't you want the monthly option"..

Service is excellent normally. I have been called a few times in the past to cancel my appointment due to unavailability of the therapist an hour or two before the appointment. Then i have to rebook and availability is not always great to meet my schedule
