In general I don’t feel welcome at the Ocean Hand and Stone location. I’ve heard the staff talking about guests while I’m waiting and it makes me feel uncomfortable. If they talk about others then they’ll talk about me!

The receptionist was coughing very loudly nonstop. If you are not feeling well during these times, please stay hold. She also claimed they did not send me an email with a $10 code when I had the email with me

I was satisfied with my visit. I was not highly satisfied with the visit only due to lack of additional resources like a locker room or shower area. Overall, great experience and always come to the one in Ocean.

I had to wait for my appointment because the esthetician “needed a break” (after being almost ten minutes to greet me and tell me that. The. I waited again.

I did not want to be sold on products. Felt like I was being a little pushed to purchase product. Also did a little too much massage and not enough facial.

I did not have many options for the type of massage I requested (2 hr deep tissue) when I tried booking ahead at check out…. I am booked several weeks from now, but that’s ok. I enjoyed the facial very much since I could not have a massage that day (it was last minute so I was not surprised at lack of availability same day)

Quality of massage was mediocre. I suggested that my back should be the focus and it was the last and least amount of focus. I’m not used to 40-minute massages. Usually an hour.
