1st massage in almost 2 years and 1st thing I did for myself since COVID, and I have been in pain for 3 days following massage from the area most worked on. A relaxing, intro massage for 1st time would have been better and come back next week to target areas of concern more in depth.

There was only one person at the reception desk. There should really be 2. The receptionist was not friendly at all.

It was okay but I’ve had better massages. I get my add on scalp massage was just her running my head with oil. More pressure and effort could’ve been done. Also on my feet. I’m pregnant and I’ve been carrying a lot of weight so that’s a no brainer. Also disappointed this branch doesn’t use the bed with a belly bump hole.

I received a phone call the day before my booking stating that they didn’t know who booked my appointment but they did it wrong I needed to change my time. This has happened before, and I have to say I am do displeased that the employees are trained to throw each other under the bus. I know you can tell who booked my appointment and I also know you are trying to fit as many customers in a day as possible while being safe. So why not just be honest? I’ve had appointments at 6pm with zero issues but once in a while receive these calls stating appointments can not be booked on the hour, which is certainly not true. Please train employees to be honest instead of throwing other employees under the bus, i would be more apt to work with you on scheduling if lies weren’t told.

I normally don’t rate highly satisfied on questionnaires, I feel there’s always room for improvement. I feel It was a very good experience.

Receptionist needs a little more knowledge of services and packages. She was nice just not as knowledgeable as ones I’ve had before.

I opted for the dermafusion being I was sent an email advertising it for $100 plus gratuity. I was lead to believe I would be paying for the dermafusion only. When the receptionist told me my total was $169 + gratuity, I was shocked. When I spoke to an employee before coming to my appointment and asking questions, no one told me that the price I would be paying and what it would include before I came to my appointment. If I had known the total cost I would have better financially prepared myself.

I had booked a male therapist but he was out sick so I was given a female therapist. I am fairly muscular so I didn't get the pressure I usually like in a massage which is why I book a male. Also the upsell at the end as I checked out was a little over the top. i didn't want to buy a membership and was asked 2 times why. And then I was asked if I wanted to buy a massage for my Mother who passed away and being reminded of that is not something I appreciated. For that reason, I will not return to that location and probably your business.
