I find that many times I come on time for appt and wait a few minutes for the therapist to “receive” me and walk me to the room, then a little chit chat, and then I have to get undressed etc. by the time we begin... I just I feel that I am not getting the 50 minutes I pay for.

Satisfied in general, the massage therapist was very good and I would ask specifically for her at my next appointment.

I am unhappy with the membership option. There is no way to check my account online - unthinkable in today’s world - and makes it seem you are hiding something. Covid meant I lost all of any savings membership might have afforded. I don’t like that I have to ask how many point I have - that I’m not told, “you have xx points. Would you like to use any for an upgrade?” Instead, when I originally didn’t know I should ask, I was charged for something that would have been covered. Overall, I feel membership is devious way with hidden methods to get and keep patrons’ money
