Adam is great but in the past I don’t think the massage therapist spend the 50 minutes on the massage it’s always 40-45 and I don’t think that’s fare. Also the receptionist was overcharging me by $10.00 if I hadn’t questioned it it sure if she would’ve noticed. And she didn’t even apologize for making the mistake. She almost seemed annoyed that I wanted to make sure I got my receipt by mail. Usually the receptionist are super sweet and she was nice but just maybe it was an off day.

I was booked for a facial with a massage following. My appt was for 2:45 which is when I arrrived. I remember looking at clock before she came in room after I disrobed and it was 3:05 and when she was done it was 3:35. So where did the other 20 minutes go for facial.... she didn’t explain anything and felt rushed. I was in shock when it was over which is why I looked at the time. Meanwhile since that ended early I was waiting for about 20 minutes for my massage even after I used the bathroom. My massage experience was better though.

Room was cold, and turning up the heat on the bc did not help. Facial was okay, although I have had much better. Arms, shoulder an neck barely touched.

The lotion used felt watery but left my skin greasy.

The receptionist almost overcharged me for services I did not receive. There was only one receptionist working at the time I was there which I had to wait several minutes for the person before me and then I had to wait for her to check the prices on my services. There should be 2 people working and people shouldn't have to wait on the way out.

She left out mu shoulders and neck area in her message. I was disappointed in foot treatment. Otherwise she was ok, friendly and accomodating.

Danielle was the best I’ve ever had, loved my facial. Disappointed to get a phone call saying that my Gift card was not given back with a balance of $86 on it. I was told there was only $20 on it.

The staff was very welcoming and made ensure to maintain cleanliness throughout my entire visit. The therapist continually checked to see if I was comfortable and enjoying my experience.

I didn't like that I was asked for a balance at the end of my massage. I had not be told ahead of time that it would be an extra cost. Also, I had booked a hot stone over the phone, and that wasn't the type of massage they had me down for when I arrived. Further, I felt under pressure to rejoin my membership - I specifically said I was not interested to renew yet but they kept asking.
