The massage therapist was not super friendly but the massage was good overall. I wish she would have had a little more bed side manner that she seemed like she was excited and wanted to be there and not like it was a 9-5 boring job.

Was quite satisfied with the entire experience but believe my session was cut short…When the massage was through and the therapist left the room, the clock indicated I had almost 10 minutes left. Bio freeze was used and I don’t think it did any good but the consistency definitely made the massage itself easier on the therapist...Better than lotions

I had two massages booked with the massage therapist I’ve seen for three years. I was called and told she no longer was with the location. Both of my massages were moved to other therapists. When I got there, I saw that therapist waiting for another client since o guess she had agreed to see just a few last clients. I was highly disappointed that I wasn’t one of them.

Intake form was never sent to my email. I was 5 minutes late to appointment and receptionist made me fill out intake form which ate into appointment another 5 minutes. In future, I would be more than happy to fill out intake form after appointment so it did not cut into my appointment time. In addition, the esthetician did not speak to me for first 20 minutes of appointment and did not offer any suggestions about skin care products.

The experience is fine i understand they are short staffed. Especially during the covid situation it is not easy for the receptionist to handle on the calls alone when i went in for my last visit otherwise they do a great job

Massage therapist seemed to go through a set motion instead of pinpointing hot spots in my area of concern. I felt the massage was not personalized but generic. Original receptionist was not helpful in discussing my packages but on follow up visits the receptionists were outstanding!

The waiting area has no privacy for phone conversations, as a customer I can listen to all the employees talking to/about other customers. Using first and last names of customers, discussing their personal needs. There is nothing they can do due to the room design, yet it is very upsetting knowing others have listened in on my conversations.
