There’s always room for improvement, no company should be graded highly satisfied , that leave no room for improvement, being free and getting all of the services would have been great, allow others to used my membership when I’m available would be great. This place is convenient but the turnover rate leave me unease , every time I think I found the right therapist , than find out they move on.

Asked for full body massage. There was no scalp or face in massage. Presser could have been a little more was asked once how was the presser I said could be a little more and wasn’t asked again.

My facial was fantastic and Melissa was amazing. She was so friendly and caring especially given the state of the world & this current pandemic. She explained everything to me so beautifully and it was so much appreciated. April, my massage therapist was good. She explained things very briefly about the new policies about cleaning and disinfecting but almost seemed annoyed in doing so. Overall though I was satisfied with my experience

Satisfied with the accommodations that have been made for the coronavirus pandemic. Although it has taken away from the personal touch of the company, I am happy that they are able to accommodate their clients once again. It was definitely worth the wait to see the massage therapist and I have come to look forward in seeing each month
