Massage therapist needs more experience.

The music cut off for like fifteen minutes and made things awkward. The pressure applied on my shoulder blades caused me to be very sore the next day didn’t love that and would have appreciated a warning as I’m now in a lot of pain

I was not able to get an appointment with the massage therapist I wanted and was highly satisfied with on each and every massage.

Why should I pay $40 for a 10 min microdermabrasion that is part of my 1 hour facial. If it costs 40dollars, I should get an extra 10 minutes added to my facial. I paid 60dollars for a 1 hour facial and didnt get a 1 hour facial, only 50 minutes

Therapist excellent and knowledgeable of my needs

Massage therapist was nice but didn’t ask how the pressure was. My hair had been in a pony tail which he took out for a scalp massage. The scalp massage was very light. My hair seemed to be going all over the place at times and by the end was very oily. That part was a little uncomfortable. Seemed unusual as my partner did not receive a scalp massage during our couples massage.

I was definitely satisfied, I didn’t mean to select otherwise... the masseuse was good. The massage didn’t relieve aches and pains because that was not my goal, it was just relaxation.

I continue to have problems booking appointments online, you promised me points if I book it that way and it never works I always end up having to call the store and book it over the telephone
