Hand and Stone

I had the new Himalayan facial. I thought there was a lot of downtime. Also, she massaged my shoulders but not my arms and hands like a normal facial. Also, my roseasea was worse after this facial. Still red two days later.

I had trouble booking an appointment thru the website for Ocean. The staff wasn't sure how to get me an account. So seems I have to book on the phone or in person - wish I could be booking online.

I have been to many spas that provide additional areas for relaxation, this did not have that but what it did offer I was very satisfied with.

Booked 80 min a week before appt. when I arrived was told there was an increase of 10 dollars for my appt...why was I not told over the phone when booking?

I feel all appointments that I made facial body massage everything should be 60 minutes and not 50 minutes I never heard of facial or body massages 50 minutes until I start going the hands of stone

I was not highly satisfied because the availability of appointments wasn’t ideal. I was able to choose a time, but I didn’t have a choice in massage therapists or my ideal choice of day. That’s probably a testament to how busy my location is, and Alyssa was great- but Sometimes the days I am free, my location is booked.

The price

Darcy is the massage therapist that I frequently use at Hand and Stone. I find her to be excellent, providing the perfect amount of pressure and setting the right tone whenever I am in the room. I plan on continuing to use Darcy because of the exceptional service she provides.

Danielle could have taken maybe 5 more minutes to massage my shoulders. Tina always gives a little massage.

The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was the availability of making an appointment.
