It is difficult to find a spa or massage therapist that directly services my needs and schedule at a reasonable price. I have found all these accommodations at Hand and Stone.

The app is awful. Terrible. Unusable. I’d love to be able to book online with the app but it has literally never worked. Keith, my massage therapist is amazing, by the way

The receptionists can be very deprecating and aloof at times. I was definitely put off my first visit but because the massage was a gift and the therapist was good, I keep coming back, despite the receptionists.

The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was good for a massage shop. At the end of the day the bottom line is a big driving factor, I am unlikely to create appointments due to cost. I understand the benefit of a massage, and it even more so for someone as physically active as I am. However, at the pricing offered by H&S, it is clearly a luxury aimed at a clientele capable of indulging themselves. It would be nice if there were some for of lower cost option for someone that is more interested in the athletic benefits that the spa experience. But as I was implying, if that's not your thing, it's really no issue. It's just something I have personally been looking for and find hard to find.

I have always had great experiences with my appointments since I started my monthly plan. For the most part, the massages are amazing but sometimes they are good not great. I usually take whosever available and have never had the same person twice which I think is cool to see the different techniques. I never get the same exact massage.

As someone who cannot afford a membership, I find the prices for a non member extremely high. A thirty dollar difference between a member’s price and non member is a bit extreme.

It's not inexpensive for 50 minutes. Sessions should be an hour for that price. I'm my opinion.

It’s hard to get a facial and massage appointment back to back on a weekend. Also wanted to get an 80 minute massage but was told that was not done on the weekends. Also would be nice to have coupons, incentives etc more often.
