I do believe that the price of services are slightly expensive for the overall experience. I don’t mind coming in when there is a special (i.e. member pricing for non-members.)

The massage therapist was good but not excellent. I am sensitive to perfumes and to me the aromatherapy in the room was strong.

My 1st therapist had to cancel and I was not notified until the morning of and could not reschedule for a week. If customer's are required to cancel outside of 24 hours I think the massage therapists also should give 24 hour notice if they need to cancel.

We asked about pricing before our massages and were told we’d discuss them once we were done. We were SHOCKED to say the least when our bill was over $200, but if we joined it would be $50 less. Then we were told a tip of $18-$20 was EXPECTED, not that we weren’t ready to tip just that, but it was EXPECTED. Very deceptive practice. And some items for sale there, sell at 20-40% LESS on the Internet.

The therapist Medi is absolutely amazing! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, proficient & effective. The level of service and friendliness of the receptionist has some room for improvement. Although the facility always appears to be clean & tidy the restroom floors are always sticky. As long as Medi is here I will continue to return.

The massage was not great. I did not feel relaxed and I still felt like I had knots when I left. It did not relive tension like other massages I have gotten before. It was a mediocre experience.
