I would have enjoyed a little more soft music in the massage room. It was somewhat uncomfortably quiet. I enjoy soft music or sounds of running water, ocean, etc. I think it adds to the relaxation. I also enjoy more candle scents, etc in a massage room. This creates a great experience for many senses, not just touch.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The massage, I have gotten was very effective, I did feel rested.

The therapist got confused about the package I wanted. I just got a mini cold stone face massage instead of the 25 minute one. The receptionist and manager left enough on my gift card for a 50 minute massage for my next visit to make up for it.

Would like more variety in service upgrades. For example the himalyian salt massage. Also would like more affordable products for members. Also wanted an 80 minute massage but was told that was only available during the week.

I like my therapist, due to our schedules not always easy to make convenient appointments. Wish cancellation policy was 5 hours notice not 24. Wish there wasn’t an up charge for deep tissue massage. Location is great. Staff is friendly, premises are clean and nicely appointed. I’ve only had two of the therapists, the level of service is steady. A few times wished the areas in need were concentrated on a little bit longer. Definitely wish the massage lasted an hour long, not 50 minutes.

I had booked the appointment as a deep tissue but upon speaking with the therapist he did not think that this is really what I needed. He suggested a Swedish massage with firl pressure. This was fine but I was charged the extra $10 for the deep tissue so I am not sure that the desk person was notified. (my friend paid for the service so I was not aware until later that day.)

The room was a little cold. I also indicated I would have liked specific focus on my back and neck and it seemed like a normal massage. It was not bad in any way, there was just no special focus.

I had to wait for 15 minutes for my massage appointment. I was scheduled for 2 services on this visit, a massage and facial. My massage started 25 minutes late and I did not receive my full 50 minutes. It was a 30 minute massage. I was very frustrated that I paid full amount for only half a service. They were so worried about getting me in for my second service on time (facial), that my first service (massage) was neglected. I was very disappointed. This has never happened before. After this incident I am less likely to book more than one service on a visit.
